Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Credit Packs (Starter, Standard)

  • Credit packs are non refundable once purchased.
  • Credits are consumed only when invoices are successfully generated. If a batch fails due to a Service error on our end, credits consumed in that batch are restored automatically.
  • Unused credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

2. Pro Annual Plan

  • The Pro Annual plan (₹2,999 + GST per year) is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no invoices have been generated under the plan. Free tier usage before plan purchase does not affect refund eligibility.
  • After 7 days, or after the first invoice generation, the plan is non refundable.
  • The plan provides unlimited invoice generation for 12 months from the date of purchase. There is no partial refund for early cancellation.

3. Free Tier

The first 5 invoices are free. No payment is involved, so no refund is applicable.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@signmygst.com with your registered email address and payment reference (order ID or transaction ID). Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Errors and Credit Restoration

If invoice generation fails due to a technical error on our end (server error, processing failure), credits deducted for that batch are automatically restored to your account. If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a period when you need to process invoices, contact support for credit compensation. This is handled on a case by case basis.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact support@signmygst.com before initiating any payment disputes.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your credit or debit card details. GST at 18% is charged on all purchases. A GST invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you upon successful payment.
